While Reiki deals primarily with the energetic body, CST addresses blockages in the physical body. CST has been known to relieve migraines, anxious feelings, chronic conditions, fatigue, body tension, mental/emotional upset, past traumas & much more.
During an CST session, restrictions in the cranial sacral system are released through gentle, non-invasive hands on holds which improve the overall function of the nervous system.
This holistic process begins the “unwinding” of stored energies, emotions, & past traumas in your physical body, especially in the bones of your spine, sacrum, and skull. Cranial Sacral Therapy works on a multi-dimensional level allowing for the unconscious rebalancing of body, mind, and spirit. Clients often report feeling deeply relaxed while, at the same time, feeling that they have experienced a profound level of internal, personal healing.

Past Life Regression
About Past Life Regression (4-5 hour long session)
Stacey uses a technique called Quantum Healing Hypnosis (QHHT) to help you visit your past lives. This is a consciousness exploration technique for self-healing & spiritual growth done through a deep meditative state of Hypnosis. You will be guided into a relaxed trance state to access your Higher Self (Sub-conscious) and spirit team. We will explore past lives, discover abilities, learn reasons for some of your “why’s.” Including lessons learned in past lives, life path messages, reasons for illnesses and why certain people are in your present life, and your soul’s purpose here. The session will bring forward profound understandings and offer deep healing to the body, mind, & soul. This will be done using Dolores Cannon’s technique, QHHT, that started in the 1960’s.
Session is typically 4 hours, but may run over at times, so plan on 5hrs. No one other than the therapist and client may be in the treatment room during a session. The session will be recorded, and client will receive a copy at the end of session. There will be a form emailed prior to session to be filled out and brought the day of listing all questions you would like practitioner to ask your higher self during trance.
*QHHT is not recommended for anyone under 18, however surrogate sessions may be possible for close relatives & children. *You must be able to be in a laying position for up to 3hrs.
